By accessing or using the services of VRL Movers Packers ("DTC International Packers"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

VRL Movers Packers provides packing, moving, relocation, transportation, and warehousing services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in your service agreement/quote.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, and additional services required
Quotes are based on the information provided and a physical survey when applicable
Additional charges may apply for stairs, elevators, long carries, and special items

4. Booking and Payment

A booking advance payment is required to confirm your move
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or card
Balance payment is due upon completion of services
Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation

5. Customer Responsibilities

Declare all items to be moved accurately
Ensure clear access for the moving team
Pack personal valuables, jewelry, and important documents separately
Arrange parking and elevator access as needed
Be present during loading and unloading

6. Liability and Insurance

Our services include basic transit insurance
Additional insurance coverage can be purchased for high-value items
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
We are not liable for perishable items, cash, jewelry, or documents

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items:

Hazardous materials, chemicals, and flammable items
Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
Perishable food items
Illegal substances or contraband
Live animals and plants

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, traffic, government actions, or labor disputes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
